Assistant Manager, Customer Marketing (FMCG E-commerce)
Reporting to Senior Director, Customer Marketing
The position will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive growth and enhance KAO’s product online presences, the key responsibilities include:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, understand consumer behavior, and evaluate competitive landscape.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance and promotional effectiveness across various platforms.
Assist in the planning and execution e-commerce initiatives such as online promotions, campaign and product launch
Update the online shop layout regularly to enhance the customer shopping experiences and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor and manage the budget for promotional activities and in-mall advertising initiatives to ensure effective allocation of resources.
The successful candidate will be:
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Candidates with a background in trade marketing will be an advantage.
Possessing strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex datasets and making strategic, insight-led decisions.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese word processing
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Customer Marketing Executive.
