Responsibilities:
Craft, edit and produce communication materials, including press release, corporate publication, marketing communication materials, newsletter, presentation and social media contents
Plan and organize CSR activities and events including staff volunteering, charitable donation and sponsorship, brand building, etc.
Perform daily media monitoring on Fubon Bank and the industry to keep management abreast of industry trends and issues
Organize corporate events and activities, such as town halls, seminars, offsite meetings and customer events
Provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Communications and/or the department
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Communications, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications or CSR/Sustainability in commercial setting
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be a plus
Great attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Strong business sense and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal clients. GBA exposure is an asset.
Able to work independently and under pressure
Self-motivated team player with strong project management skill
