Assist on timely delivery of the development and deployment of individual life insurance products to support achievement of the Company’s goals with a focus on individual health products.
Job Descriptions:
- Work closely with different teams (e.g., Agency, Bancassurance, Operations, Health Operation, Information Technology, Pricing, Legal and Compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth product development and implementation processes.
- Prepare documentation needed to support product development and deployment (e.g. product specification, policy contracts, illustration, product approval templates, etc.)
- Assist in preparation of user requirements and test plans for proposal illustration system as well as performing system-related user acceptance test
- Assist in product development process to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products or on-going product maintenance of health products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate and handle product enquiries and special quotations from distribution. Support ad-hoc projects assigned.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline
- 4 years relevant work experience in a life insurance company within Marketing / Product Development
- Knowledge of life insurance products
- Good communication skills and writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Good analytical skills and attentive to details
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
