The Office of Academic Advising and Support, an integral part of the School of Science, is committed to empowering students through holistic academic, personal, and career guidance. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead our student exchange program — an initiative that enriches the undergraduate experience through global learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of inbound/outbound exchange programs, including scheduling, logistics, and partner communications.
- Manage the full application and selection cycle, ensuring compliance with policies and a smooth student experience.
- Develop outreach strategies to recruit and support students for exchange and enrichment opportunities.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate a mindset course designed for first-year students to cultivate a positive approach to their academic journey.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Overseas exchange experience is an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in program management or a related field.
- Able to work independently with flexibility and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Good knowledge of IT and software applications.
(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
