The position
- Develop and run training and upskill initiatives including targeted training, tailored business/ investment matching programmes, and organization of events to showcase our more advanced startups
- Create and implement the detailed initiatives action, schedule and agenda based on agreed design with key stakeholders to ensure activities deliver business value as envisioned in the design
- Manage execution of initiative activities according to agreed schedule, cost and business objectives
- Build conducive business relationship with startups, internal stakeholders, external business partners and technology vendors
- Works closely and continuously with relevant startups, associated account managers and programme managers to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives
- Report progress and business achievements to key stakeholders
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
The Candidate
- A bachelor degree's in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering or other related disciplines or equivalent
- 5 years of working experience, preferably with exposure in coordinating/ managing multiple teams in delivery of business results gained from large corporations, public or academic organization
- Proven experience and success in delivery of business value in executing initiatives end-to-end
- Desired experience covered training and event series, product development, or service-delivery to clients involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of startup development phases and acceleration means or with personal experience in startup is desirable
- Exhibit passion for building startup ecosystem for Hong Kong
- Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct
- Strong interpersonal skills in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders and excellent problem-solving with analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese including Mandarin
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
