We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Assistant Marketing Manager to be a core leader of our marketing execution team. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on management to ensure all marketing and public relations efforts directly support our revenue targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Go-to-Market Leadership: Manage all marketing activities and lead a dedicated team to plan and execute campaigns for our market-leading products, services, and new market entries.
New Product Launch Leadership: Own the entire marketing process for new product launches, from initial strategic analysis and launch planning to post-launch performance reviews. You will serve as the key cross-departmental liaison to ensure a smooth, successful launch.
Online & Offline Lead Generation: Take direct responsibility for developing qualified leads for our sales team, leveraging all online and offline channels.
Brand & Public Communications: Build and maintain Champion Group's public narrative to enhance brand credibility and drive sales performance.
Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor all internal marketing team members while overseeing all external marketing and web development vendors.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven experience leading a team.
A proven track record of success in a similar marketing leadership role.
Strong strategic planning and hands-on project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration and team leadership.
A solid understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.
Experience in product launches and go-to-market strategies is a must.
Sensitive to marketing trends and changes in customer needs.
Having knowledge or strong interests in the cleaning industry will be an advantage.
