Assistant Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team for fleet operations including booking, documentation handling, data processing and billing, etc.
- Manage customer accounts by delivering excellent service, fulfilling customers’ orders and meeting customers’ needs
- Ensure smooth implementation of new projects
- Develop a culture of team spirit and service excellence to reinforce bonding with staff and customers
Basic Requirements:
- Diploma or above in logistics management or related disciplines
- 3 years working experience in road freight transportation with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with fair proficiency in Mandarin
- Self-motivated, well-disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Immediate availability highly preferred
