Assistant Property Officer (Tsing Yi)
Responsibilities:
Provide all round administrative and clerical support to management office
To handle customer enquiries and complaints
Maintain good tenant relationships and supervision the performance of contractor
Perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor
Immediate availability is preferable
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in property management or related disciplines
At least 1 years experience in Property Management / Administration
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Knowledge of MS Office
