Assistant/Settlement Manager (CCASS & DCASS)
Job Description
Responsible for day-end procedures & daily stock reconciliation
Manage and supervise daily securities & futures back-office activities
Perform SI instructions and daily settlement operations of securities, futures and options
Implement and maintain effective internal control in the operating process to minimize risk exposure
Handle ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Diploma / University graduate Minimum 5 years related experience in brokerage industry
Familiar with relevant compliance rules and regulations, CCASS, DCASS
Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Well-organized personality with attention to details MIC background is an advantage
Excellent command in English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Settlement Manager
