About the Role
Primary Objectives:
Trade Support 's mission is to ensure all new trades and life cycle events are correctly reflected in the relevant risk management systems. As the first link in the Operations chain, Trade Support is also the first level of control for the business:
- for Front Office/Risk to have a clear and accurate view of positions and risks,
- for Back Office to ensure smooth settlement for all trades,
- for Product Control to do valuation and P&L reporting in due time.
Responsibilities
- Accurately perform trade booking and verification for tokenized derivatives, ensuring timely recording and providing justifications for any late entries or amendments.
- Conduct position reconciliations with counterparties and custodians to maintain data integrity.
- Oversee lifecycle management, including monitoring, processing, and booking corporate action events seamlessly.
- Collaborate with internal teams on digital asset projects to support smooth operations and system integration.
- Develop and optimize workflows in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, driving automation and process improvements.
- Manage a comprehensive product range including Total Return Swaps, P-notes, Interest Rate Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Cash Equity, Bonds, Repo/Reverse Repo, CDS, Futures, Vanilla Options, Accumulators, Range Accruals, and more.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to digital assets (crypto, block chain, tokenization, stable coin) is essential,
- Previous exposure to Equity Derivative products and/or Fixed Income products is essential
- Basic knowledge on Corporate Action and life cycle events (type of events, impact),
- Ability to work under pressure in trading environment,
- Strong and sharp analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication skills; required to work with various internal partners (Traders, Risks, Other Middle Offices, Product Control teams, Back Offices, IT),
- Fluent in written and spoken English, any other languages would be a plus,
- Knowledge of programming is an advantage,
- Bachelor Degree holder or above, preferably in Banking & Finance related disciplines.
