Associate Business Analyst

Develop data model :

• Execute existing data model from data preparation, cleansing, transformation to end result
• Develop and own the data analysis model (via Tableau, Excel, SQL etc)
• Manage the end-to-end SDLC lifecycle to deliver solutions to cater business needs

Support operation :

• Support end users in all areas on data analytics, including the preparation of data models, ad-hoc reporting, and building automated reporting or dashboarding
• Maintenance on existing VBA models to ensure it is up to date and inline to business requirements
• Proactively propose technical solutions for solving data analysis issues
• Enhance the performance of existing data analytic models, reporting and dashboarding. Liaise with users to improve operations via technology
• Provide status updates to appropriate levels of management. Able to bridge between the supply chain business and IT/BI teams by having the requisite technical knowledge and hold effective communication with the less technical savvy
• Provide support in project management and interdepartmental business meetings
• Function as team member or team leader of multi-member project teams as required

Requirement :

• Bachalor Degree with 0-2 years in a data analysis or business intelligence role, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VBA is a must
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in data manipulation, modeling and analysis techniques, with a strong understanding of business operations and data requirements
• Keen interest in designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards for effective data analysis
• Knowlege of SQL, Power Query, and Python
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
