Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Associate Director to lead our data center building projects. This role requires extensive experience in project management, engineering, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on delivering complex projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of data center, institutional building projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Develop and execute project strategies aligned with organizational goals and client needs.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project success.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Prepare and present comprehensive project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of professional development. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing data center or institutional building projects. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Construction Manager position.
Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, and design principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications eg MCIOB, MHKICM are a plus. What We Offer:
