Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multi-channel CRM-campaigns (China CRM platforms, SMS and mobile app) to maximize commercial opportunities through collaboration with internal marketing partners, cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Manage and execute the full lifecycle of multi-channel CRM campaigns, including developing campaign calendars, crafting content strategies and designs, segmenting communications, and implementing personalization techniques to enhance engagement.
- Establish and maintain tracking & reporting mechanisms to evaluate campaign performance, supporting ongoing CRM program & campaign optimization by analyzing key metrics.
- Assess campaign effectiveness using data-driven methodologies, leveraging analytics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and enhance ROI
- Drive CRM initiatives tailored to market objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct thorough competitive analyses and provide actionable recommendations based on competitive reviews, insights, and industry best practices.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business, Management or Marketing
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in China CRM, project management, mobile app communication and content
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, copywriting and communication skill
- Proficiency in CRM campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Experience with CDP platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns on major social platforms in China and mobile app
- Fluent written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
