We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our Hong Kong team.
Your Role: Assistant Merchandiser
As part of our merchandising team, you’ll help bring innovative toy products to market by working closely with suppliers and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop toy products based on client requirements
Handle product inquiries, quotations, benchmarking, and price negotiations
Manage sample development and monitor production progress through to shipment
Collaborate with suppliers in China and clients in Germany
Maintain regular communication with colleagues at our German Head Office
Occasional travel to China for supplier meetings and product follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or above (fresh graduates are welcome!)
Experience in trading, manufacturing, or buying offices is an advantage
Prior merchandising or toy industry experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
