Bar Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily bar operations and staff management.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and update beverage menus, including signature cocktails, wine, and spirit selections
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage the supplier relationships
• Develop and manage the promotional events and strategies to enhance the bar's reputation and maximize revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Train and supervise the bar staff on best practices and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area.

Requirements :

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or F&B Management or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of working experience in bar supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Certification in alcohol service is a plus.
