What You’ll Do
As a BD Manager (Contract), you will be responsible for recruiting teams, expanding our community, and driving user acquisition from the ground up. This is a performance-driven role ideal for ambitious individuals looking to break into the crypto space or expand their reach.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Recruit and manage high-performing local teams or affiliate partners
- Identify, engage, and onboard new users, traders, or agencies to the CoinW platform
- Utilize your existing social or private traffic networks to promote CoinW
- Execute localized growth strategies and identify new market opportunities
- Report market trends and user feedback to internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Strong interest in the cryptocurrency or digital finance industry
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Highly driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build from zero
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in financial derivatives trading (Forex, Gold, Crude Oil, etc.)
- Possess a strong social or business network, or manage your own private traffic channels (WeChat, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
- Come from industries such as forex, gold, commodities, or financial brokerage
- Have previous experience as a sales agent or team leader
