Bell Attendant

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide a warm and friendly greeting to the guests;

• Assist in handling luggage;

• Handle any guest enquiries regarding the Restaurants, Transportations, Guides;

• Perform ad hoc tasks or projects assign by supervisor.

Working Hour :

10:00 - 19:00 (Shift)

Requirements :

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a hotel guest service operation;

• A certificate in hotel management or equivalent;

• Proactive, Attractive, Creative;

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
