Understand the basic principles of blockchain, including consensus mechanisms and distributed ledgers.5. Possess strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.6. Prior experience in Solana project development is preferred.7. Familiarity with Web3.js or other blockchain development frameworks is a plus.8.
