Canine Handler / 領犬員

Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks with assigned dog(s) as directed by the Canine Master;
• Feed, wash, groom and exercise assigned dog(s) to ensure its health and well-being are maintained in good condition;
• Conduct regular training with assigned dog(s) to maintain the highest level of competency; and
• Clean the kennels and other equipment and utensils.

角色與職責

• 引領犬隻執行犬隻主管編排的任務；
• 餵養、梳洗及鍛鍊犬隻，確保犬隻身體健康及狀態良好；
• 定期為犬隻進行訓練，維持最高技能水平；及
• 清潔犬舍及其他設備/用具。

The Requirements

• Form 5 or equivalent education;
• Good communication skills, diligent, patient and love to work with dogs;
• Have interest to canine-related job duties;
• Willing to work irregular hours;
• Strong physique, good physical coordination and required to pass physical examination and physical fitness test;
• Candidates with relevant skills and experience is an advantage; and
• Possession of class 1 and class 2 driving license is preferred.

• 有一號及二號駕駛執照者優先考慮。
