Job Duties
Act as a key contributor to lead and deliver the annual compensation cycle, including merit adjustments, market benchmarking, and budget forecasting in collaboration with finance and business leads
Evaluate and optimize Group-wide employee benefits program such as insurance, wellness, and leave policies, ensuring value and regulatory alignment
Design and administer bonus plans and incentive schemes that support performance culture, productivity and retention
Continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the current reward programs and processes
Provide ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and material support for the Reward Committee. Review all temporary and permanent reward changes across employee groups to ensure policy alignment
Create long-term compensation strategies that align with our business objectives and reflect market trends
Support data accuracy across compensation systems and dashboards, ensuring reliable reporting for decision-making and audits
Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and documentation to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of total rewards programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in total rewards or compensation management, preferably at the group level
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and vendors
Proficient in HRIS platforms and advanced Excel, with strong skills in data analysis and reporting. Demonstrates an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data to support strategic decision-making
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate(s) with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager
