Job description
- Lead and manage the centre to achieve objectives and targets in terms of teaching quality, service standards and retention rate;
- In charge of overall management and the daily operation of the Centre;
- Perform administration duties
- Assist in teaching classes;
- Maintain good customer relationship with parents;
- Understand the current education trends and systems;
Requirement
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in education/management role;
- Experience in managing an education centre or class teaching will be an advantage;
- Self-motivated, number sensitive and independent;
- Willing to take up challenges and management-level responsibilities;
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Centre Supervisor.
