Provide clerical support to the Department / Team in Construction Industry
Undertake general clerical duties including data entry, typing, photocopying, and record-keeping
Maintain and update records such as attendance and leave records , HRIS data, and filing system
Handling incoming telephone calls
Routine office work is required
Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 1 years working experience, preferably in HR and Administration is highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing applications
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Good telephone manner & communication skills
Fast and accurate typing skill
Experience in the construction industry is preferable
Immediate available is highly preferable
Fresh graduates with positive attitude will be considered
