Client Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all sales activities related to Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories products
• Handle all clients entering the store and grant an extraordinary service
• Manage the relations with clients during the whole process as per delivery standards
• Contribute to the store and service KPIs achievement
• Enrich CRM data base with clients granting relevant key data collection and seek opportunity to create a loyal relationship
• Ensure all front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed as per visual merchandising guidelines
• Perform After Sales service directly related to final clients (take in charge items to repair brought back by customers, perform a brief interview, and act as proactive point of reference) to assure client satisfaction is constantly pursued
• Seek and catch up with potential customers that have either visited the store or that have been acquired by other channels
• Participate in online, in-class, and technical trainings in order to develop knowledge and techniques

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in high-end luxury retail industry with international brand
• Exposure and knowledge in high jewelry or watches will be an advantage
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of Mandarin and English
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Strong sense in teamwork and customer-service focused mentality
