Clinic Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for clerical duties such as appointment booking, scanning, copying and patient registration
- Assist doctors for preparing relevant reports and documents for consultation
- Handle enquiries from patients
- Handle phone call and email enquiries
- Support other ad-hoc assignments
- Form 5 or above
- Min 1-2 years solid experience in Clinic
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Independent, mature, detail minded and accurate
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- Immediate available is preferred
