POSITION SUMMARY
Manage and support data centre operations and equipment maintenance
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate computers and related equipment in data centre
- Perform daily system backup and monitoring work
- Maintain log books and operating records for equipment
- Assist in first line technical support -Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Shift duty is required (Day shift: 0800 – 1700, Night shift: 1600 – 2400) on roster basis -Work Location: Tuen Mun
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- F.5 or DSE graduated
- With diploma in Computer Science / Information Systems or Related discipline preferred
- Good knowledge in MS office (MS Word, Excel)
- Possess some working experience in help desk/end user support
- Willing to work on shift duty
- Good communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
