Responsibilities:
- Greeting customer at front desk;
- Arrange the treatment and manage the time schedule;
- Handle shop operation;
- Answer customer inquiries and provide high quality customer service;
- Introduce professional beauty services to customers;
- Sell company treatments and products;
- Develop potential customers;
- Build up VIP database and maintain customer relationship;
- Strive to meet shop sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in Beauty industry;
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;
- Strong communication and sales skills;
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
