Responsibilities
Lead the design and implement talent acquisition plans, manage and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to campus and experienced hires recruitment
Work closely with hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
Manage projects related to recruitment process streamlining, assessment tools review and revamp, workflow digitalization and automation, etc.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 7 years’ relevant experience, in hedge fund, investment banking or financial institutions
Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English
