Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise payments and accounts receivable in accordance with company's accounting policies
- Ensure all accounting and payment records are properly recorded
- Participate in the preparation of accounting system requirements and UAT testing
- Participate in the formulation and maintenance of relevant accounting systems and processes
- Undertake other matters assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 1-2 years of working experience in payment and account payables is preferred
- Experience in performing user acceptance test is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience Lotus Notes and MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word
- Good communication skill, team player, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Good knowledge in financial reporting and financial analysis, strong analytical skills and critical mindset
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin; Chinese word processing skills is a must
