Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
Assist to prepare full set of accounts for serviced apartments for month-end and year-end closing
Ensure that all the daily income and expenditures are properly recorded
Prepare monthly / yearly reports and analysis for management review
Assist to prepare annual operating and capital budget
Assist in annual statutory audit and ad hoc assignments
Ensure that all costs are controlled within the serviced apartment to the level of budget or business achievable
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or relevant professional qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Flex accounting system will definitely be an advantage
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good eyes for details, self-motivated, strong analytical and communication skills and with strong sense of responsibility
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Executive, Finance
