We are looking for a Creative Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work closely with a creative team to produce high-quality work. Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and concepts.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts within brief, often in partnership with other creative team members.
- Understand the entire creative process from developing creative concept to designing final output.
- Able to create engaging video content.
- Ensure all content produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values of each client.
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in creativity across multiple media.
- Participate in the development and execution of the ideas and concepts, from pre-production, production to post-production.
- Provide useful thoughtful and constructive contributions to team meetings and conversations.
- Collaborate with other disciplines including third party production companies, videographers, designers and copywriters to create work to agency standards.
- Amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from seniors, account team or clients.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in a relevant design discipline from reputable university.
- Fluent in Adobe CS, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Knowledge and experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Have the ability to put rationale behind all design concepts and execution.
- Self-motivated, creative, independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Have a positive and passionate approach with a can-do attitude.
- Produce clear and concise verbal and written communications.
- Strong in both manual and computational visualization skills.
- Knowledge of the use of photography and filming equipments will be an advantage.
- Meticulous planning and organizational skills.
- An unquenchable curiosity for finding out about media and content.
