This role will manage the sales support and operations processes across Asia, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, quotations, orders, and bids. Also, this role will oversee the order fulfilment process across Asia and act as a liaison between the CSS team, ASM team and Service and Development Centers in Asia and other sales regions.The position will be based in our OMICRON Service Centers in Hong Kong, reporting to the Regional Manager, Asia.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the sales support and operations processes across Asia, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, quotations, orders, and bids.
- Oversee the order fulfilment process across Asia and act as a liaison between the CSS team, ASM team and Service and Development Centers in Asia and other sales regions.
- Lead and coach the Regional CSS team in Asia to ensure high performance and timely execution of daily tasks.
- Support Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Sales Partners by ensuring compliance with pricing and discount policies, and providing commercial assistance.
- Manage quotations and sales pipelines regularly, track KPIs, and follow up with customers to drive sales performance.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including import/export of shipments for the Hong Kong office and the streamline the shipping process with other offices in Asia.
- Organize regular CSS team meetings to review goals, share updates, and foster open communication.
- Manage accounts receivable and collection process, ensures timely payments for invoiced equipment and services, and maintaining healthy receivables.
- Maintain ERP and CRM system processes, coordinate system improvements and bug fixes across the region.
- Define annual goals, ensure data quality and provide ERP/CRM training to the Asia team
- Perform Ad hoc tasks assigned by Regional Manager, Asia
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field
- 6-8 years of experience in sales support, inside sales and order processing, customer service, or a similar field
- Familiar with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations certificate is a plus
- Bilingual and are fluent in English and an additional Asian language such as Chinese or Korean with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, and have excellent interpersonal skills, self-initiative, customer-focused, and able to work independently or in a small team
- Positive, proactive and being a good team player, enjoy working in a small team environment with international roots
- Willing to travel occasionally (up to 20% of your working time)
