Exposure And Support
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails for clients professionally.
- Conduct telesales to share updates and promote our product for business growth purpose.
- Provide excellent customer service and support daily operations of the team.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
We’re looking for
- Higher Diploma or above.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese typing.
