Responsibilites:
Research and compile data related to the specific tradeshows that are organized by the company
Research and identify new opportunities for data sources and acquisition
Be responsible for the maintenance, quality and accuracy of the database
Conduct fieldwork to monitor or verify data if required
Continual communication to all relevant internal parties effectively
Requirements:
F.5 or above
Proficient MS office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Able to work around 5 days per week
Immediately available is highly preferred
Station at our Shenzhen Futian Office (10:00AM-5:30PM Mon-Fri)
Salary $16,000-$18,000 per month
Project Assistant
Responsibilites:
Provide support to Project Manager in exhibition planning tasks
Prepare & follow up on printing matters and digital content in relation to exhibition promotions
Compile statistical analysis & reports
Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Provide on-site support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned when necessary
Requirements:
Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years' working experience
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Proficiency in MS Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Efficient, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work multi-tasks & under tight deadline
Immediately available is highly preferred
Station at our Shenzhen Futian Office (10:00AM-5:30PM Mon-Fri)
Salary $18,000 per month
