職位: Deputy Manager (EVO)
單位: 體育服務 (SPS)
要求：
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering adventure-based programmes
2) Holder of valid Level 1 Instructor Certificates in Low Event, High Event, and Abseiling Challenge Courses issued by recognised organisations
3) Solid experience in adventure facility operation and venue management
4) Skilled in activity design and experiential learning methodologies
5) Strong safety awareness and knowledge of risk management protocols
6) Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
7) Good interpersonal and communication skills
8) Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
9) Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
10) First Aid certification is a must
職責︰
1) Manage the daily operation, safety, and maintenance of the adventure training venue (e.g. ropes course, abseiling wall)
2) Design and lead experiential learning and adventure activities for youth, schools, and organisation
3) Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and staffing for a variety of team-building, leadership, and outdoor events
4) Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and conduct regular risk assessments for equipment and activities
5) Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote innovative programming
6) Assist in administrative work, including reporting, budgeting, and evaluation
7) Contribute creative ideas for new programme development and facility enhancement
8) Perform other duties as assigned
月薪︰$25,420up
福利︰年假24 天、全薪病假18 天、醫療津貼、僱主強積金供款按年資最高可遞增至 8%、在職培訓及良好晉升階梯等。
