Responsibilities:
Lead the team and boosted the sales of all banquet-related products to meet the monthly sales target
Source, explore, and develop effective sales channels and platforms
Analyze market trends to maintain current business and develop potential opportunity
Requirements:
Degree holder in hotel, catering, or hospitality management
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts
Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Director of Catering
