Responsibilities :
The preparation of submission plans, working drawings and project deliverable in accordance with HKBD codes and standards;
The coordination of work within the Technical and Architectural teams, and be accountable for the accuracy and quality of one’s own work;
Sharing of knowledge among team members with an aim to enhancing work standards and productivity;
Solving technical problems and coaching of less experienced members in the team
Requirements :
Diploma or Higher Certificate in Architectural Study or related subject;
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience is preferably;
i. Fresh graduate also will be considered.
ii.With more relevant working experience will consider as Senior Technical Officer.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge in Revit is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Responsible, diligent and precise;
Work well under tight deadlines and willing to work overtime when necessary;
The salary range is from $14,000 to $25,000, joining grade and salary package will be commensurate with relevant experience.
