Key Accountabilities:
- Execute the planned capital or maintenance projects
- Monitor and supervise outside contractors’ work
- Provide technical input for all projects work within our property
- Coordinate the operation of the Engineering Department
- Prepare monthly reports, charts and data
- Liaise with internal users for hotel operations and execution of all kinds of repair & maintenance works
General Requirements:
- Holds a diploma or certificate in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Good command in Cantonese and English is required
- A minimum of five years of engineering experience, two of which were in a supervisory role
- Strong communication skills, good leadership, self motivated & problem solving skill
- Good computer proficiency in MS Office
