English Teaching Assistant (Full time)

Main Duties

• Respond to tutors' inquiries and assist with communications as needed.
• Manage and update online teaching materials.
• Assist in preparing and managing content for social media platforms.
• Support tutors with note preparation and ensure the timely delivery of teaching materials for each term by:

o Preparing term-specific materials, including: 

Reference notes.

 Mock Papers, Past Papers, and supplementary materials.

o Creating and reviewing teaching materials, such as: 

Quizzes.

 Speaking Workshops.

o Proofreading and editing teaching materials for DSE Level.

• Organize materials for the current term and plan for the next term.
• Correct writings handed in by students

Requirements

• Degree holder or above.
• Level 5 or above in DSE English or Graduate in English, Translation, or other related fields.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a strong team spirit.
