A fast growing investment firm is looking for a skilled and diligent buy-side execution trader to join the team in executing the strategy in global public markets and IPO investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage trades for IPOs and secondary market equities (HK & US focus).
- Conduct due diligence on cornerstone investments and assist in portfolio optimization.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and inform trading strategy.
- Ensure flawless settlement and strict adherence to compliance/risk standards.
- Build relationships with fund managers and institutional partners.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- 6-10 yrs of proven buy-side execution experience in equity trading, execution, and investment management within offshore markets.
- Deep expertise in HK/US markets, IPOs, and trading strategies.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (must-have). Cantonese a plus.
