Identify and approach relevant brands for sponsorship, exhibition space, and build strategic partnerships
Create media packs to drive sponsorship and exhibition sales, prepare proposals including specific schedules & timelines
Conduct presentation to Board level, Event Director, client and agency
Respond to client queries in a timely manner, ensure all schedules and marketing materials are produced timely and accurately, and the onsite setup is carried smoothly
Keep sponsors updated on any show activity that may affect them whether it would be in a positive or negative way and follow up accordingly
Work with Delivery Team to ensure sponsors receive an after show report and press clippings on time
Actively engage with partners, clients, industry peers, associations, press and influencers
Provide weekly pipeline report, ensure that the in-house database is up to date with contacts and comments and input all new leads into the database
Experience Requirements
At least 6 years’ sales experience, media/PR/show/luxury goods/lifestyle sales or marketing background would be preferred
Good communication skills and problem solving skills
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Creative thinker, passionate for winning, strong business acumen, numbers savvy
Customer needs oriented
Excellent time management, organised and able to prioritise tasks
Attention to detail, resilient, confident, flexible, committed, reliable and loyal
Teamwork and collaboration
Bachelor's degree or above
