Title: Facilities Assistant
Job duties
- Carry out operations such as patrolling, visitor registration and parking lot security
- Aware property security, report and assist in emergency issues
- Protect the premises from being vandalized or damaged
- Maintain and check security facilities and fire services equipment
- Keep constantly alert at all time during shift
- Perform other related duties as required
- Signage/poster replacement
- Venue cordon-off
- Report irregularities, any losses and damages as they may arise
- Prepare reports, recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities as necessary
- Complaint handling
- Emergency accident handling
- CCTV monitoring
- Remove/resume normal public facilities before/after Typhoon T8 cancelled
