We are seeking a proactive and passionate Farm Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily farm operations and ensuring the healthy growth of our crops from seed to harvest. Responsibilities:
· Support and coordinate day-to-day farm activities with both internal teams and external partners.
· Oversee the care and cultivation of vegetables from seeding to harvest.
· Accurately record all farm operations and assist the manager in developing crop and garden plans.
· Manage inventory, conduct stocktaking, and maintain records for farm/office supplies, equipment, and fixed assets.
· Assist general office administrative duties and undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in farming or plant cultivation.
· Energetic and enthusiastic with a proven track record of outdoor work.
· Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
· Able to use MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
· Genuine passion for nature and sustainable agriculture.
