We are seeking an intern available for a duration of 6 to 12 months, with a preferred start date between July and September 2025.
You’ll rotate across FP&A and Commercial Finance , gaining insights into performance analysis, forecasting, business partnering, and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing:
Commercial Finance:
- Analyse sales, trade spend, and gross margin performance, including performing variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis to assess financial performance.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to assess promo effectiveness and commercial ROI, including data management and consolidation.
- Assist month-end reporting tasks and support forecast reviews.
- Support budgeting processes by gathering data, updating financial models, preparing reports for budget meetings, and scenario modelling.
- Support working capital analysis, trade terms, and inventory performance.
- Assist with statutory reporting, internal controls, and risk management processes.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes related to supply chain and operational costs
- Drive cross-functional projects related to performance improvement, automation, and data visualization
- Take ownership of your own analysis or initiative that creates value.
We’re looking for a curious and driven individual who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.
You are:
- A penultimate/final year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions or challenging the status quo.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A strong communicator in English (Cantonese is a plus, but not required)
- Excited by FMCG, international business, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with real financial responsibility
- Exposure to leadership and business decision-making
- A steep learning curve and potential pathway to future graduate opportunities
- A foundation for future roles in Finance, Business Control, or even a graduate program
