1、 融資授信:負責公司資金籌集,積極開拓新授信額度。
2、 資金計畫:根據公司業務情況編制資金計畫,安排資金頭寸。
3、 資金調撥:根據資金需求安排好各公司、各帳戶之間的資金調撥工作。
4、 銀行帳戶:負責銀行帳戶和銀行印鑒的管理。
5、 銀行關係:維護現有合作銀行的關係並積極開拓新合作新銀行。
6、 資金報告:編制各類資金報表及分析報告。
7、 應收賬款:監控公司應收帳回收情況。
8、 資金制度:組織制定及持續優化資金制度。
9、 其他工作:執行上級分配的其他任務。
任職資格:
1、大學本科或以上,修讀財務、經濟、金融或相關專業;
2、5年以上工作經驗並具備專業的金融及資金知識;
3、具備融資和資金運營經驗,具有上市公司/中資企業工作經歷者優先;
4、能夠同時處理多項任務並在壓力下工完成作;
5、勤奮踏實,具備良好的職業道德、學習及鑽研能力;
6、責任心強,具備較好的內、外部溝通及合作意識;
7、熟練操作Microsoft Office等辦公軟體;
8、良好的中英文書寫及表達能力。
Job description:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
Provide financial support and advice to various departments within the company
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Assist in the management of accounts receivable and payable processes
Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial policies and procedures
Provide support in the preparation of financial audits and regulatory reporting
Job qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial assistant manager or similar role, preferably in the banking and financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the banking and financial services industry
