Financial Planning & Analyst Controller

Job Descriptions:

• Report to Company Secretary directly.

• Direct the overall accounting functions and financial management duties of Business Unites of the Group to be assigned.

• Collect and compile financial data at the business unit level and oversee the preparation of forecast, tax filings, financial, budget, auditing and other reports.

• Ensure that the Business Units comply with accounting regulations and standards and adheres to the Business Units and the Group financial policies, corporate governance, and procedures and be responsible for improvements.

• Manage the production of the monthly consolidated and individual management accounts, forecasts and business plans of the Business Units on timely basis and report providing value-added analysis and operational performance.

• Be responsible for treasury management, investment evaluations, strategic financial and business planning.

• Carry out corporate finance and advisory role and provide advice on feasibility and financial impact of investments, alliances with strategic partners, mergers and acquisitions.

• Liaises with independent auditors, bankers, corporation and other legal and tax advisers etc.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications.

• Over 10 years of solid experience in finance strategic planning and business partnering plus not less than 5 years’ experience serving as financial controller or senior position in global companies or MNC.

• Finance management experience gained from sizable multinational corporation preferred.

• Strong in evaluating business processes, driving and implementing strategic changes.

• Self-driven, charismatic, confident and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Willing to travel China and overseas.
