Your responsibilities.
Provide timely and efficient support/ communication for our Sales offices
Provide excellent services for flight reservations and ticketing through Amadeus
Significant product & service knowledge with hands on reservation and ticketing skills
Obsession about cost-effective transport solutions and want to work towards budget and quality targets
Works closely with all our teams to provide best options for our extremely important students
Understanding the importance of strong relationships with airlines when handling any issues or exceptions
It would be great with a degree in tourism, hospitality, or related disciplines – if you have excellent work experience without a degree in these fields then this counts as well!
To have minimum 2 years of work experience within either travel industry, transport/logistics, or operations is a plus
Excellent written and spoken skills in English is key. Any other language is an advantage
You can master communication, and possess problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy is in your DNA
GDS experience, using Amadeus is a great advantage
