* This is a freelance Interior Design job , not a full-time job
· Develop design concepts and ideas that align with the project vision and client requirements
· Prepare detailed design plans, including sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models.
· Collaborate with other professionals to ensure design integrity.
· Attend client meetings with the support of the project leader leading or contributing to client presentations if needed.
· Competently source reference material and carry out research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
· Attend site visits independently and respond to any issues if necessary.
· Taking part in the project communication, including liaising with the design & construction team.
· Produce and check drawing packages for schematic and detail design stages.
· Ensure successful delivery and completion of a project within agreed timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino ,Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite etc.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $6,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
