Your mission: Make an impact
International Growth Team sets goals and develops for Business and Revenue growth. The team consists members of Growth Representatives over the world. The position will be a new member to Greater China Team, work closely with other team members to maximise growth potential of TradingView within the region.How you’ll drive success
How you’ll drive success
- Build, maintain, and expand existing business partnerships
- Manage inbound client partnership requests and develop outbound client pipelines
- Approach partnerships with a consultative, solution-focused mindset that promote company products and drive regional growth
- Deliver compelling partner proposals and pitches
- Proof read technical team responses to clients for clarity and professionalism
- Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams
- Stay up to date on compliance changes and identify emerging client opportunities
- Apply a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology to optimize performance
- Build and strengthen overall brand recognition with clients and partners
What makes you the perfect fit
- Proven experience in fintech, online trading, or financial services
- Demonstrated success in business development roles
- Self-starter with a positive, partnership-driven attitude
- Strong commitment to enhancing brand visibility
- Highly detail-oriented and punctual with deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Basic understanding of web applications, HTML5, GitHub, JavaScript, or other relevant tools
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Flexibility with work schedules as needed
- Willingness to travel for business when required
