Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines;
Holder of Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) / (Tier 2) Licence;
3 years’ solid experience in property management, preferably with experience in management of luxury residential estates;
Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Committee;
Customer-oriented and with good communication skills;
Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
Location: Cheung Sha Wan
