We are looking for a Horizon Club Host based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Horizon Club Host, we rely on you to:
Provide personalised guest services with warm and attentive services
Document guest preferences and assist with special arrangement as requested by the guests
Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Provide F&B services to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently
Assist guests with airline reservations, confirmations, handling of messages, transportation arrangements, city tours, restaurant reservations etc.
We are looking for someone who has:
Diploma or above in Hospitality or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hotel or Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline Operations
Self-motivated and well organized individuals
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
